Get to Know Steve

When he’s not working, Steve loves remodeling his home and helping friends and family with their projects. He also enjoys traveling, British sports car collecting/renovating, and boating.

Steve Holmes’ Background

Steve Holmes’ background includes working in project management within the construction industry. He worked for several very large corporations in the Manitowoc and Green Bay areas. While he was commuting daily, he flipped homes in Sheboygan by day and worked on home remodeling and renovating in the evenings and weekends.

Steve’s love for home construction began early in life as he helped his father with a major renovation of a family cottage to create a four-season home. This love continued through his own home renovations and construction of his own properties. He also enjoys working with friends and family on their home projects.

The Best Industry Tools

Steve believes in getting answers, even if he can’t access a specific area of the home himself. That’s why he uses some of the very best industry tools while inspecting a house.

Thermal Imaging

With thermal imaging on his side, Steve never has to worry about what’s inside your walls. This innovative tool shows him leaks, insulation, and much more, even if he can’t see them himself.

Aerial Drone Photography

Your roof will always be thoroughly walked, regardless of whether or not it’s safe to actually climb onto it. Aerial drone photography takes care of this need, and it captures everything about your roof.

Moisture Meter

Steve can root out sources of moisture inside your home with this tool. As an added bonus, it makes it easier to find mold that’s accumulated near the moisture.

Gas Leak Detector

A big gas leak is easy for you to pinpoint. However, a tiny one can leak for weeks or even months without being noticed. This gas leak detector will find any tiny leaks before they can become a much bigger problem.
